Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
6 large potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup milk
Sliced cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese
Paprika
Directions
Peel and cut potatoes in quarters, then in slices.
Put in casserole with onions.
Combine soup with milk to make suitable for blending, then add to casserole, along with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover completely with cheese slices (sharp cheddar, or your choice) sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
