 Active dry yeast1
 Warm water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Biscuit mix2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomatoes1 Can (10oz), drained
 Tomato Paste1 Can (10oz)
 Mozzarella cheese8 Ounce, thinly sliced
 Olive oil1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parmesan cheese 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Oregano2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 Hot italian sausage2 Pound

Directions

Soften yeast in the warm water in a bowl.
Add biscuit mix; beat until well mixed.
Turn onto a lightly floured surface.
Knead until smooth (about 20 times).
Divide dough into halves.
Roll each half into a 15-inch round.
Put each round of dough onto an ungreased large baking sheet; shape edge by pressing dough between thumb and forefinger to make ridge.
Combine sieved tomatoes and tomato paste.
Spread 1/2 of mixture over each round of dough; top each with 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle 1/2 of olive oil, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper over each round.
Remove sausage from casing and crumble over tops of pizzas.
Bake at 425°F 15 to 20 minutes, or until crust is browned.
