Cheesy Onion Fingers Recipe

Ingredients
a few bread slices
2 carrots
3 onions
100 grams (4oz.) cabbage
1 small bunch spring onions
4 chopped green chillies
3 teaspoons tomato ketchup
2 teaspoons chilli sauce
175 grams (6 oz.) grated cooking cheese
2 tablespoons butter, salt to taste
Directions
Chop all the vegetables very finely. Chop the spring onion leaves also.
Put the butter in a vessel and fry the onions for a little time.
Add the remaining vegetables and fry again for at least 5 minutes.
Add half of the cheese. Add the tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and salt.
Cook for a few minutes.
Arrange the bread slices over a greased baking dish and bake in a hot oven at 400 degress F. for 5 minutes.
Put a little mixture over each slice and sprinkle the remaining cheese over them.
Bake in a hot oven at 400°F. for 25 minutes or until crisp.
Cut into fingers. Serve hot.
