Cheesy Meat Salad Recipe
The cheesy meat salad is prepared with cooked macaroni and meat. Made with either salami or cooked ham, the cheesy meat salad is prepared by tossing the macaroni and yogurt along with mustard and combined with cheese and the meat of choice and chilled before serving.
Ingredients
| Elbow macaroni | 8 Ounce, cooked | |
| Plain yogurt | 11/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sweet pickle relish | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Scallion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cheddar Cheese | 11/2 Cup (16 tbs), cubed | |
| 1/2 pound salami or cooked ham, diced Parsley | ||
Directions
Toss macaroni with yogurt, relish, scallion, green pepper and mustard in bowl.
Fold in cheese and salami; chill to blend flavors.
Garnish with pars-ley.
Serve with Low-Calorie Salad Dressing.
