Cheesy Green Onion Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

 Pastry for 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate
 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
 Shredded Cheddar cheese3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Shredded Swiss cheese3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs4 , beaten
 Sour cream1 Carton (1l)
 Half and Half1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Green onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 All purpose flour1 Tablespoon
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 1/8 teaspoon pepper Dash of red pepper

Directions

Line a 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate with pastry; trim excess pastry around edges.
Prick bottom and sides of pastry with a fork.
Bake at 400° for 3 minutes; remove from oven, and gently prick with a fork.
Bake 5 minutes longer.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese into pastry shell.
Combine remaining ingredients, and mix well.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
