Cheesy Artichoke Bake Recipe
A cheesy artichoke bake…a delightful combination of lots of cheese and artichokes. A yummy way to a great dinner. Try it!!
Ingredients
Frozen artichoke hearts - 1 pkg.
Dried minced onion - 1 tbsp.
Garlic - 1 clove, crushed
Chopped parsley - 1 tbsp.
Dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Freshly ground pepper
Olive oil - 1/4 c.
Parmesan cheese - 4 tbsp., grated
Directions
GETTING READY
1) In a pot, add water and salt and boil.
2) Using butter, grease a baking dish.
MAKING
3) Add artichokes into the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Drain.
4) Add into the baking dish.
5) Mix the remaining ingredients and add over the artichokes.
6) Place in the oven at 400 degrees and bake for 20 minutes, till soft.
SERVING
7) Serve hot.
