2 tablespoons dry white wine
1/2 cup Chicken Gravy Base
1/2 cup shredded American, brick, monterey jack, mozzarella, or Swiss cheese (2 ounces)
Directions
Cook desired vegetable according to package directions except omit salt; drain.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan blend water and wine into Gravy Base.
Cook and stir over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes or till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in desired shredded cheese till melted.
Spoon cheese sauce over cooked vegetables.
