Cheesy Spinach Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 spinach leaves, stalks removed and shredded | ||
| Bran | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Raisin | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pinch ground nutmeg | ||

| Tomato Paste | 4 Tablespoon (TOPPING) | |
| Basil | 1 Tablespoon, chopped (TOPPING) | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 100 Gram, grated (TOPPING) | |
| Shallots | 4 , finely chopped (TOPPING) | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , sliced (TOPPING) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3 Tablespoon, grated (TOPPING) | |
Directions
1.Steam or microwave spinach until tender.
Drain and set aside to cool.
2.Place bran and water in a mixing bowl.
Stand 10 minutes, then stir in oil, flour, nutmeg, pepper to taste and one third of the cooked spinach.
3.Turn mixture out onto a lightly floured board and knead lightly.
Press to fit a lightly greased 30 cm metal pizza tray.
4.To make topping, combine tomato paste with basil and spread over pizza base.
Top with mozzarella, remaining spinach and shallots.
Arrange tomato slices on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
