Ingredients

 1 cup / 250 ml/8 fl oz skim milk
 Cornflour2 Tablespoon
 375 g/12 oz canned soya beans, drained
 1/2 cup / 60 g/2 oz grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese
 Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoon, grated
 Nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon, grated
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, chopped
  black pepper1

Directions

Gently heat 3/4 cup / 185 ml/6 fl oz milk in a saucepan, without boiling, for 3-4 minutes.
Combine cornflour with remaining milk and stir into pan.
Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
Stir in soya beans, cheddar and parmesan cheeses and nutmeg and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
Stir in parsley and black pepper to taste.
