Directions
1. Prepare outdoor grill for barbecuing.
2. Meanwhile, on double thickness of heavy-duty foil, mix all ingredients except cheese. Wrap potato mixture in foil, being careful seam is folded several times to seal in juices.
3. Place foil packet on grill over medium heat; cook 35 minutes, turning packet frequently with tongs, until potatoes are tender. Remove packet from heat; sprinkle potato mixture with cheese.
