Cheesy Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 4 Medium | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup cubed, packaged process cheese | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 small onion, coarsely chopped | ||
Directions
About 1 hour and 15 minutes before serving: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Pare potatoes and cut into large chunks; cover with water; set aside.
Put milk and rest of ingredients in electric-blender container.
Cover and blend at medium speed until smooth.
Drain potatoes; add half at a time, blending at high speed only until potatoes are grated.
Do not overblend.
Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate; bake 1 hour.
