Ingredients

 Boiled potatoes450 Gram, peeled
 1 cup/120 gms. roasted peanuts roughly ground
 Onion1 , chopped
 Cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Bread crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 tbsps. finely chopped coriander leaves
 Salt2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
 Garam masala1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/2 Teaspoon
 2 green chillies chopped oil for frying

Directions

1. Except for the oil, mix mashed potatoes with all the ingredients.
2. Take a tablespoon of mixture for each tikki, shape into round balls and flatten slightly.
3. Heat oil and fry the tikkis a few at a time.
4. Serve hot with mint chutney.
