Cheesy Peanut Tikki Recipe
Ingredients
| Boiled potatoes | 450 Gram, peeled | |
| 1 cup/120 gms. roasted peanuts roughly ground | ||
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Cheese | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tbsps. finely chopped coriander leaves | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Garam masala | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 green chillies chopped oil for frying | ||
Directions
1. Except for the oil, mix mashed potatoes with all the ingredients.
2. Take a tablespoon of mixture for each tikki, shape into round balls and flatten slightly.
3. Heat oil and fry the tikkis a few at a time.
4. Serve hot with mint chutney.
