Cheesy Mushroom Tarts Recipe Video
Ingredients
Thrive mushrooms-1 cup, rehydrated
Fresh basil-1 tablespoon, chopped
Butter-1/2 tablespoon
Ready pastry dough-1/2 package
Cream cheese-1/2 cup
Bleu cheese-1 tablespoon
Mozzarella cheese-3/4 cup
Thrive Broccoli-1 cup, rehydrated
Garlic-4 cloves, minced
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a fry pan and heat butter in it, add mushroom and sauté them.
2) Roll the dough and cut small rounds. Press them into a greased muffin pan.
3) In a bowl, whisk cream cheese, add bleu and mozzarella in it.
4) Add broccoli and mushrooms, garlic and mix it well.
5) Season it with salt and mix it again.
6) Spoon the mixture into muffin pan and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
SERVING
7) Serve the mushroom tarts immediately.
