Directions

Combine eggs, bread, onion, green pepper, parsley, oregano, and garlic salt.
Blend well; then add the ground beef.
Shape into 24 meatballs.
Arrange the meatballs on a microwave roasting rack placed in a 12- x 8-inch baking dish.
Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes.
Turn each meatball after 2 minutes.
Remove meatballs and drain drippings from dish.
Place macaroni from the dinner in a 2-quart casserole.
Add 4 cups hot water and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes.
Stir well.
Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes.
Drain.
Add dry cheese mix from the dinner and sour cream sauce mix to the macaroni.
Stir well.
Add milk.
Pour the macaroni mixture in the 12- x 8-inch baking dish.
Top with meatballs.
Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH 5 to 7 minutes.
Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 3 minutes.
Let stand 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
