Cheesy Fish Soup Recipe

Ingredients
| Fish fillets | 1 Pound, frozen | |
| Frozen shrimp | 1 Pound | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Carrots | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Celery | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1/4 cup Hour | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pinch of paprika | ||
| Chicken broth | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup processed cheese spread | ||
Directions
If using frozen fish and shrimp, thaw first.
Dice fish fillets.
Mix with shrimp.
Set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter.
Saute vegetables until onion is transparent.
Add flour, salt and paprika.
Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk.
Continue stirring until mixture thickens.
Add fish and shrimp.
Simmer 5 minutes or until fish is cooked.
Fold in cheese.
