Cheesy Eggs Florentine Recipe

| Eggs | 5 | |
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Cook Rice Florentine according to package directions.
Spoon into a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish Make 5 indentations in rice mixture with back of spoon.
Break an egg into each indentation.
Sprinkle each egg with cheese.
Cover and bake in 325°F oven 20 minutes, or until eggs are as done as desired.
Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
