Cheesy Egg Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Monterey jack cheese | 1 pound, shredded | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled | ||
| Eggs | 12 | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Toss Monterey Jack cheese with flour; place in theibottom of a greased 13-in.x 9-in.x 2-in.baking dish.
Top with cheddar cheese; sprinkle with bacon.
Beat eggs and milk; pour over all.
Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
Top with cheddar cheese; sprinkle with bacon.
