 Plain yogurt - One 8-ounce carton
 Horseradish - 2 to 3 teaspoons, prepared
 Sugar1 Teaspoon
 Hot pepper sauce - Dash bottled
 Milk
 Spinach4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Swiss chard4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cheddar cheese - 4 ounces, cut into 1-inch-long julienne sticks
 Cherry tomatoes1 Cup (16 tbs), halved
 Green onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Eggs - 4 hard-cooked, sliced

Directions

MAKING
1. For dressing in a small bowl stir yogurt, horseradish, sugar, hot pepper sauce and 1/2 teaspoon salt until well blended.
2. To make dressing of desired consistency stir in enough milk.
3. Cover and let it chill.
4. In a large bowl toss slightly to mix spinach, Swiss chard, cheddar cheese, tomatoes and green onions.
5. Add eggs, pour dressing over spinach mixture.

SERVING
6. Toss lightly to coat and serve.
