 1 3-ounce package lime- flavored gelatin
 Boiling water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Dash
 Cabbage1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Shredded carrot1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 American Cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 Celery seed1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in vinegar.
Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; beat smooth with rotary beater.
Chill.till partially set.
Fold cabbage, carrot, cheese, and celery seed into gelatin.
Pour into 6 individual molds.
Chill till firm.
