Cheesy Coleslaw Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3 ounce package lime flavored gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Cabbage | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Shredded carrot | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup shredded sharp American cheese | ||
| Celery seed | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Lettuce | ||
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in vinegar.
Combine mayonnaise, salt, and pepper; gradually stir in gelatin mixture.
Chill till partially set.
Combine chopped cabbage, carrot, cheese, and celery seed.
Fold into gelatin mixture.
Pour into six to eight 1/2 cup molds.
Chill till firm.
