Cheesy Buffalo Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp peanut oil
4 6 oz buffalo steaks
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp onion salt
3 oz Cheddar cheese, sliced
3 oz Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to broil.
In a frying pan, heat oil.
Cook steaks slightly less than desired taste.
Turn over only once during cooking.
Season.
Transfer steaks to a roasting pan.
Cover with sliced cheese, alternating both kinds.
Place in oven 4 inches (10 cm) from element.
