Microwave at High 10 to 12 minutes, or until tender, stirring once or twice to break up pieces.
Drain well and return to covered casserole; set aside.
In 2-cup measure combine milk and cheese sauce mix.
Microwave at High 2 to 3 minutes, or until thickened, stirring every minute.
In small dish melt butter at High 15 to 30 seconds.
Stir in bread crumbs.
Pour cheese sauce over vegetables.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
