Open packages and rearrange broccoli.
Close packages and cook 2 minutes or until broccoli is just about tender.
After broccoli cooks, prepare cheese sauce by melting butter in 2-cup measure (30 sec).
Blend in flour and salt.
Stir in milk.
Cook uncovered, 2 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens, stirring occasionally during last half of cooking time.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Arrange broccoli on serving plate.
Sprinkle with salt to taste.
Top with cheese sauce; arrange sliced tomatoes on cheese sauce.
Cook uncovered, 2 minutes to heat tomatoes.
