Cheesy Broccoli Recipe

| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 (8 oz.) jar processed cheese spread | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Place broccoli in 2-quart casserole.
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 6 to 7 minutes.
Drain.
Set aside.
In 2 quart casserole, combine rice, soup, milk, cheese, salt and pepper.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 2 to 4 minutes until cheese melts and can be blended easily.
To cheese mixture, add onion, celery and broccoli.
Stir thoroughly.
Cover.
Microwave at medium HIGH (7) 14 to 18 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn after 8 minutes.
Remove cover for last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking.
Let stand 5 minutes
Cover.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 6 to 7 minutes.
