Cheesy Apple Omelette Recipe

Ingredients
| Nonstick cooking spray | ||
| Red apple | 1 , sliced | |
| Green onions | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Egg whites | 4 | |
| Low fat milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup grated low fat Cheddar cheese | ||
Directions
Spray nonstick skillet or omelet pan with cooking spray.
Cook apple slices and green onions over medium heat until tender.
Remove from pan; set aside.
Combine eggs, egg whites, milk and pepper in medium bowl; beat well with wire whisk.
Coat same pan with cooking spray.
Pour in 1/2 of egg mixture.
As mixture begins to cook, gently lift edges of omelet with spatula and tilt pan to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
When egg mixture is set, spoon 1/2 of apple mixture and 1/4 cup grated cheese over 1/2 of omelet.
Loosen omelet with spatula and carefully fold in half.
Set omelet on warm serving platter.
Cut omelet into 2 pieces.
Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients.
