 CRUST
 Wheat germ1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Canola oil2 Tablespoon
 Maple syrup2 Tablespoon
 CHEESECAKE
 Low-fat cottage cheese - 2 cups
 Egg substitute1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Maple syrup1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon
 Almond extract1/4 Teaspoon
 Tangerines2
 Kiwifruit2

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven moderate to 325°F.

MAKING
2) To prepare the crust, grease lightly a 9-inch tart pan with detachable bottom.
3) Spoon the mixture into it and press into the bottom and sides of the pan.
4) To prepare the cheesecake, in a food processor add cottage cheese, egg substitute, maple syrup, vanilla, and almond.
5) Blend until smooth.
6) Transfer the filling into the pan.
7) Bake for 30 minutes.
8) Place on a wire rack to cool.
9) Chill for at least 3 hours.

SERVING
10) Put tangerines and kiwis before serving.
