Cheesecake Surprise Recipe
Cheesecake Surprise is a delicious dessert. I use this brilliant Cheesecake Surprise to surprise my guests at parties.Try the Cheesecake Surprise, they have never let me down!
Ingredients
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 beaten egg yolk
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
1 egg white
2 cups diced, peeled, fresh pears
1/2 cup fudge topping
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Stir together first 2 ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Cut in butter till crumbly; stir in egg yolk.
Press evenly onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Bake at 350° for 18 minutes; cool.
Reduce oven temperature to 325°.
In large mixer bowl beat together cream cheese, 3/4 cup granulated sugar, and 1 tablespoon flour till creamy.
Add 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat in the eggs and egg white till well blended.
Stir in diced pears.
Turn into cooled crust.
Bake at 325° till knife inserted just off-center comes out clean, about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Carefully spread fudge topping over baked filling.
Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
Swirl sour cream mixture into chocolate.
