Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups unsifted flour
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup cold margarine or butter
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1/4 cup Milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup Lemon Juice from Concentrate
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in margarine until crumbly.
Stir in oats.
Reserving 1 1/2 cups mixture, press remainder into 15x 10 inch jellyroll pan; bake 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in large mixer bowl, beat cheese and granulated sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs; beat well.
Add milk and vanilla, then ReaLemon® brand; beat well.
Pour over crust; sprinkle with reserved mixture.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool.
Refrigerate
