1)Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2)In a bowl whisk together the cream cheese and sour cream until light and fluffy.
3)To the bowl slowly add in the eggs and keep whisking till everything is incorporated well.
4)Add in the vanilla, mix well and pour batter into a baking pan with the crust already set in. Bake at 375 degrees over an hour until a golden brown color appears.
5)Let it cool and leave it to refrigerate for at least 1 or 2 hours.
6)Add your favorite toppings and slice into portions and serve.
