Cheeseburgers Recipe
Ingredients
| Processed cheese | 1 1/ Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Chopped onion | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/3 cup chopped sweet pickles | ||
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| Worcestershire | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Hamburger buns | 6 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Preheat a broiler.
MAKING
2. Prepare a mixture of cheese, pickles, onions, Worcestershire, mayonnaise, eggs and salt.
3. Halve the buns. Top bottom half of the buns with ΒΌ cup cheese mixture and arrange on a cookie sheet with cut side facing up and toast, keeping under broiler for 5 minutes or till tops are toasted and cheese melts.
SERVING
4. Serve hot.
