 Onions2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Celery1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green pepper3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), minced
 Margarine
 Hamburger2 Pound
 Tomato soup2 Can (10oz)
 Chili powder1 1/2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Cheese pastry for 2-crust pie

Directions

Brown the onions, celery, green pepper and garlic lightly in a skillet in a small amount of margarine and remove from pan.
Add the hamburger and cook, stirring, until lightly browned.
Add the soup, chili powder, salt and pepper and the onion mixture and simmer until flavors are well blended, adding small amount of water if needed.
Pour into a pastry-lined casserole.
Place remaining pastry, lattice-fashion, on top.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
