Cheeseburger Melt Recipe
Create a turkey twist on burgers. Turkey and the works are baked and ready to serve in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
| Bisquick heart smart mix | 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Fat-free egg product/1 egg white | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Fat free egg product/1 egg white | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Shredded low fat cheddar cheese | 6 Tablespoon (1 1/2 ounce) | |
| Lean ground turkey | 1⁄4 Pound | |
| Canned condensed reduced fat reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Condensed reduced fat reduced sodium cream of mushroom soup | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Frozen mixed vegetables | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Green Giant®) |
Directions
1. Heat oven to 400ºF. Spray 8x4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir together Bisquick® mix, water, egg product and 1/4 cup of the cheese; spread in pan.
2. In 10-inch skillet, cook turkey over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in soup and vegetables; heat until hot.
3. Spoon turkey mixture over batter in pan. Sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons cheese. Bake about 20 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
