Low Carb Cheeseburger Casserole Recipe Video

Fairly quick and easy Casserole that actually tastes like a McDonald's Cheeseburger!! I know, it's crazy but true. Sorry I spelled Casserole wrong on the credits. :-D

Ingredients

 
1 lb ground beef
 
1 small tomato, chopped
 
1/2 onion chopped
 
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
 
6 pieces of vegan bacon or real bacon bits
 
2 dill pickles or copped hamburger chips
 
4 slices of American cheese

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
2. Brown ground beef along with the onion in a pan.
3. Drain off the excess fat by cooking on high flavor.
4. Add the tomato and turn down the heat. Add the bacon, add the pickle.
5. Mix and then add half of your shredded cheese. Mix with spatula and cook for a while.
6. Remove from heat and transfer into a casserole dish.
7. Sprinkle rest of the cheese and lay the American cheese over the top.
8. Pop it in the oven for 15 minutes.
