Cheeseball With Everything Recipe

| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce, softened | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Bacon slices | 10 , crisp-cooked, drained, and crumbled | |
| Finely chopped onion | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Finely chopped pecans | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Diced pimiento | 2 Ounce | |
| Sweet pickle relish | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Snipped parsley | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Poppy seed | 1 Tablespoon | |

Directions
In a large mixer bowl beat together cream cheese and sour cream till fluffy.
Beat in Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, haif bacon, onion, half of the pecans, undrained pimiento, pickle relish, salt, and pepper till combined.
Cover and chill for several hours or till firm.
In a small mixing bowl combine remaining bacon, remaining pecans, parsley, and poppy seed.
Shape cheese mixture into a ball, then roll in bacon mixture.
Wrap tightly and chill.
Let cheese ball stand at room temperature about 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with crackers.
