Cheeseball With Everything Recipe

This cheeseballs recipe is made with three types of cheese shaped into balls and rolled in crumbled bacon. Good to be served as an appetizer or a snack, the cheeseballs can go with almost any kind of chips and have a spicy and peppy taste to it from the pimientos, pickle relish and parsley.

Directions

Bring Swiss cheese and cheddar cheese to room temperature.
In a large mixer bowl beat together cream cheese and sour cream till fluffy.
Beat in Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, haif bacon, onion, half of the pecans, undrained pimiento, pickle relish, salt, and pepper till combined.
Cover and chill for several hours or till firm.
In a small mixing bowl combine remaining bacon, remaining pecans, parsley, and poppy seed.
Shape cheese mixture into a ball, then roll in bacon mixture.
Wrap tightly and chill.
Let cheese ball stand at room temperature about 30 minutes before serving.
Serve with crackers.
