Cheeseball Recipe
This is a delicious Cheeseball which will make you keep asking for more! The main ingredient in this recipe is Cheese. When you are following High Protein diet then eat this Cheeseball. Ingredients
4 teacups fresh curds
2 tablespoons fresh cream
2 teaspoons finely chopped onions
2 teaspoons finely chopped capsicum
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped green chillies, salt to taste
sprigs of parsley and chopped capsicum for decoration
carrot slices, cucumber slices, capsicum slices and salted biscuits (e.g. Monaco) to serve
Directions
Put the curds in a thin cloth, tie and hang for 3 hours to allow the water to drain out.
Take out the curds and add the cream, chillies, onions, capsicum and salt.
Chill in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator.
To serve take out into the centre of a round dish. Decorate with sprigs of parsley and chopped capsicum. Surround with capsicum, cucumber and carrot slices. Make an outer ring of salted biscuits and serve.
