Cheese-Vegetable Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese - 1 package (8-oz.) | ||
| Blue cheese - 1 package (4-oz.) | ||
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Onion | 4 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Pimento | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Hot sauce - dash | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Mayonnaise | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. Let cheeses soften at room temperature and then blend well.
MAKING
2. In a bowl combine green pepper, onion, celery, pimento, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce with cheeses.
3. Thin with mayonnaise to desired consistency.
4. Chill for 5-6 hours.
SERVING
5. Serve with finger chips or snacks.
