Cheese Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 500 Gram | |
| 100 g Roquefort or any blue vein cheese | ||
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Capers | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| black pepper | 1 | |
Directions
In the work bowl combine the two types of cheese, process for 5 seconds, add the sour cream, the capers and process for further 5 seconds.
Note: Be careful when seasoning, the cheese and the capers are already salty.
