Ingredients

 Cream cheese500 Gram
 100 g Roquefort or any blue vein cheese
 Sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Capers1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
  black pepper1

Directions

In the work bowl combine the two types of cheese, process for 5 seconds, add the sour cream, the capers and process for further 5 seconds.
Note: Be careful when seasoning, the cheese and the capers are already salty.
