Directions

Trim the bottom of each papaya half so that it sits level.
For filling, in a mixer bowl beat together cream cheese, ricot ta cheese, raisins, and the 3 tablespoons sugar.
Spoon some of the mixture into each papaya half.
Place the papaya halves in a shallow baking pan.
Stir together butter or margarine, the 2 tablespoons sugar, and cinnamon; spoon over filling.
Place pan in a 400° oven.
Pour boiling water into the pan around papayas to a depth of 3/4 inch.
Bake about 20 minutes or till heated through.
Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
Serve warm.
To serve, halve each papaya half.
