| Cold stock | 2 Pint | |
| Milk/Cream | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Caraway seeds | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) | |
| Nutmeg | 1 Pinch, grated |

Directions
1. In a pan, melt butter.
2. Add flour and stir it continuously, till flour turns brown.
3. Add cold stock.
4. Add caraway seeds, salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic.
5. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Meanwhile mix cheese and cream.
7. Remove garlic.
SERVING
8. To serve Cheese Soup with Cream, top it with cheese and cream mixture.
