Cheese Souffle Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 slices bread, well buttered & crusts cut off | ||
| 2 1/2 c. grated med. sharp cheese | ||
| 3 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Milk | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 tsp. Colman's dry mustard | ||
Directions
Cut bread into 1 -inch squares.
Layer bread and layer cheese in large ovenproof bowl.
Combine other ingredients and pour over bread.
Bake at 325°.
Bake 45 minutes, covered, and 45 minutes, uncovered, or 1 hour, uncovered.
