Directions

Thaw frozen fish.
Cut into 6 portions.
Place in shallow baking dish.
In saucepan melt butter.
Blend in flour, garlic salt, and dash pepper.
Add milk and wine.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in / tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
Pour sauce over fish.
Bake at 350° till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese and paprika over top.
Place under broiler just till cheese is browned and sauce is slightly bubbly, 1 minute.
