This chinese sauce stand in is a easy and simple mock cheese sauce that doesn€™t need to be cooked. Prepared with milk and a dash of cheddar cheese for flavor, the cheese sauce stand in is flavored with added mustard and cayenne pepper for taste.
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup nonfat milk powder | ||
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Cayenne | 1 Dash | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Dash | |
| 2 tsp. Butter Buds® Sprinkles | ||
| Onion powder | 1 Teaspoon (Gifford's Alternatives: Add:) | |
| Turmeric | 1/2 Teaspoon (Gifford's Alternatives: Add:) | |
| 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules | ||
