Cheese Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup fresh milk
1 or 2 cups diced cheese (any natural hard cheese)
2 tablespoons stone-ground whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt or 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
Directions
Heat the milk on low heat until very warm.
Add the cheese dusted with the flour.
Add salt or tamari.
Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally until thick.
