Directions

Heat water, salt and butter in a saucepan until butter is melted.
Add the cheese gradually, keeping the temperature even and low and stir until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
Add the flour and stir vigorously until dough forms a ball Add eggs and proceed as for regular cream puffs.
These are delicious filled or they can be served plain with cheese and fruit
