Cheese Puffs Recipe
Love the gooey cheesy feel every bite offers me. This cheese puffs is a wonderful cheesy delight that I fall in love with a little more every time.
Ingredients
| Cheddar cheese | 1 Pound | |
| Swiss cheese | 1 Pound | |
| Garlic clove | 1 Small | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Hot sauce | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Beer | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
| Toast triangles/Toast rounds | 10 |
Directions
MAKING
1. Using a blender or with whisk blend-cheeses thoroughly.
2. In a bowl combine cheeses, garlic, mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce with beer and mix well.
3. Spread on toast and brown lightly under broiler.
SERVING
4. Serve hot.
