Ingredients

 
Cheddar cheese - 1 lb. Sharp, grated
 
Swiss cheese - 1 lb., grated
 
Clove of garlic - 1 small, mashed
 
Dry mustard - 1 tsp.
 
Salt - 1 to 1 1/4 tsp.
 
Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp.
 
Hot sauce - 1/8 tsp.
 
Beer - 1 can
 
Toast triangles or rounds

Directions

MAKING
1. Using a blender or with whisk blend-cheeses thoroughly.
2. In a bowl combine cheeses, garlic, mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce with beer and mix well.
3. Spread on toast and brown lightly under broiler.

SERVING
4. Serve hot.
