 Cheddar cheese1 Pound
 Swiss cheese1 Pound
 Garlic clove1 Small
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 Salt1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce2 Teaspoon
 Hot sauce1⁄8 Teaspoon
 Beer1 Can (10 oz)
 Toast triangles/Toast rounds10

Directions

MAKING
1. Using a blender or with whisk blend-cheeses thoroughly.
2. In a bowl combine cheeses, garlic, mustard, salt, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce with beer and mix well.
3. Spread on toast and brown lightly under broiler.

SERVING
4. Serve hot.
