Cheese Potato Casserole Recipe

| Instant mashed potatoes | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Garlic salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Snipped parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Shredded sharp cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornflakes | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), crushed | |
| Soft butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon |

Directions
Prepare mashed potatoes as directed on package except decrease salt to 1/2 teaspoon and add garlic salt.
Stir in parsley and cheese.
Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Stir remaining ingredients together; sprinkle on potatoes.
Bake 20 minutes
