Cheese & Pineapple Scones Recipe

Ingredients
4 tspns. baking powder
2 cups flour
1 tblspn, butter
pinch salt and
1/4-pint milk
cayenne pepper
1/2 small can pineapple pieces
1/2-cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Sift dry ingredients and rub in butter and grated cheese.
Mix to a light dough with milk.
Knead lightly and pat out to V2" thickness.
Cut into small scones and place on a buttered tray.
Glaze with a little milk and press a pine- apple piece in the centre of each.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 475° F for 10 - 12 minutes.
Butter for serving.
