Cheese-Pecan Spread Recipe

| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| Bleu cheese | 4 Ounce | |
| Pecans | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Chopped parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Stuffed olives | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish) |

Directions
Heat just to boiling, stirring constantly.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add cream cheese and crumbled Bleu cheese; mix until smoothly blended.
Mix in all but 2 or 3 tablespoons of pecans, the parsley, and the Worcestershire Sauce.
Chill.
With spoon and spatula, mold into a mound.
Garnish top with a gay Christmas tree fashioned with slices of stuffed olives.
Or mound the spread into a small bowl.
Garnish top with nuts and olives.
A help-yourself-spread good on toast rounds and a variety of crisp crackers.
