Cheese-Pecan Dip Recipe
This Cheese-Pecan Dip is one of those things on earth that you can't help but LOVE!! Serve it to your guests and they won't tire singing your praises. This dip has that rare ability to put you in a good mood every time you dip or should I say dig into it!!! Make it right now!!!
Ingredients
Eggs - 3
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
Cream cheese - 1 8-oz. package
Green pepper - 1/4 cup, grated
Onion - 1 small, grated
Pecans - 1/2 cup, chopped
Celery - 4 tablespoons, minced
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a bowl and beat eggs in it.
2) Add vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
3) Cook mixture over boiling water until thick.
4) Allow the mixture to cool slightly and then beat in cheese.
5) Fold in green pepper, onion and pecans.
6) Chill for about 2 hours or until ready to use.

7) Serve Cheese-Pecan Dip with crunchy vegetables.
