Ingredients

 
Eggs - 3
 
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
 
Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
 
Cream cheese - 1 8-oz. package
 
Green pepper - 1/4 cup, grated
 
Onion - 1 small, grated
 
Pecans - 1/2 cup, chopped
 
Celery - 4 tablespoons, minced

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and beat eggs in it.
2) Add vinegar and sugar. Mix well.
3) Cook mixture over boiling water until thick.
4) Allow the mixture to cool slightly and then beat in cheese.
5) Fold in green pepper, onion and pecans.
6) Chill for about 2 hours or until ready to use.

SERVING
7) Serve Cheese-Pecan Dip with crunchy vegetables.
