| 125 mL 1/2 cup light ricotta cheese | ||
| 500 mL 1 lb short pasta | ||

Directions
Melt the margarine in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the flour and mix well.
Add the milk and the cheeses.

Cook the pasta in salted, boiling water.
Drain.
